Kyoto Japanese Garden, Holland Park

The quietly beautiful Japanese Kyoto garden in Holland Park was built by a renowned Japanese garden designer, Shoji Nakahara, the leader of the Kyoto Garden Association, to celebrate the Japan Festival in London in 1992. It is one of London’s secret gardens, located in the heart of Holland Park – Autumn is one of the best times to visit when the Acers have changed their leaves to every shade of red and orange.
