Spring Restaurant, Somerset House
Nurture Landscapes worked alongside garden designer Jinny Blom on the installation of this stunning interior scheme for Michelin Star winner Skye Gyngell’s restaurant Spring at Somerset House. The planting used in the interior design gives the feeling of sitting in a courtyard garden despite being located within the confines of the building. The restaurant has six large black olive trees along with vines and grasses to create the green garden atmosphere. Artwork of huge leaves of Gunnera manicata set in marble hang on the wall and fit beautifully into the scheme. WOW!
